Useful information regarding the certificates of participation:
*In order to obtain EMC (Continuing Medical Education) credits, the necessary documents will be submitted to the Romanian College of Physicians or to other professional institutions responsible for managing continuing medical education activities.
*The EMC credit certificate of attendance will be issued online only to participants who are present at the event and who meet the requirements set forth in Decision No. 12 of the National Council of the Romanian College of Physicians dated June 29, 2018, published in the Official Gazette No. 683 / August 6, 2018.
*To receive the EMC credit certificate, participants must complete the feedback form within a maximum of 25 days after the end of the event. After this period, the organizers will send the report and the list of participants to the EMC credit-issuing institutions. The feedback form must be completed in the personal account, accessible at the following link: https://online.medevents.ro/account/login
*After the 25-day period expires, the feedback form will no longer be available. Certificates with EMC credits will not be issued after this deadline.
Notes:
*Students, resident doctors, and retired physicians must upload proof of their status (student ID / certificate / pension slip) at the time of registration.
*For payments made via bank transfer, please specify the following: the proforma invoice number, the full name of the participant, and the name of the event for which the fee is being paid.
*The participation fee is based on the rate valid at the time of payment, according to the deadlines listed in the table above.
